In-house design of carriers for complex electrical prototypes (e.g. printed circuit boards, flex foils or aluminum based) is provided. We take care of the interface with carrier manufacturers. The carriers are assembled by hand or with our in-house automatic carrier assembly line. Finally we produce complete prototype housing or racks for the electronic equipment.

There is a quick service for minor changes in existing hardware or for building simple hand wired electronic prototypes for tests and experiments. In our location, we have the tools available to mount and dismount almost all sorts of electronic components. Furthermore we have tools for inspection like the NANOMEX 3D X-ray system for inspection of invisible solder joints like in a Boll grid Array.
